TurboSonic Sonic Vibration Therapy System Experience the full-body benefits of Vibration Therapy using our TurboSonic training platform. Nothing is required of you, except to stand on a plate while holding onto the handle. The TurboSonic vibration plate gives mechanical oscillations from 3 to 50 hertz. The vibration emanating from the pedestal and conducted throughout the body stimulates muscle fibers (myocytes) with three times the strength of gravity. This causes the muscle fibers to contract and relax with greater strength and speed. The upper body is exercised on one part of the machine and the lower body is exercised on the other. Designed to give you the maximum workout in the least amount of time, the ROM eliminates the need for you to spend hours in a fitness center. Four minutes on the R.O.M is equivalent to running one mile. This workout is so effective that we recommend you work the upper and lower body on alternate days.
